Re-roofing - Tear off and Recovers

Re-roofing is the process of installing a new roof when a roofing system fails. Roofing system failures can be caused by a number of factors, including age, severe weather, poor workmanship, defective materials, improper specification of a roofing system, abuse and failure to maintain the roof via inspections. Schena roofing is very experienced in a variety or roofing systems including Single Ply (TPO,EPDM), built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing Systems, Slate, Tile and Shingles. We also have our own Sheet Metal Department to custom fabricate metal to complete your new roof.

Roof Repairs/Maintenance Programs

Schena Roofing has a 24 hour emergency repair department ready to service your leaks. Just call us after hours at 586-909-6521. We are authorized installers for most roofing manufacturers. So we can repair any of your leaks, even if they are under a manufacturers warranty.

We also offer a Preventative Maintenance Program to help prolong the life of your roof. We will perform maintenance on your roof to help prevent costly leaks from developing. Regular maintenace is a requirment of most roofing manufacturers to keep warranties valid. We can customize a maintenace program to ensure that your roof is properly serviced.

Restoration/Coatings

Replacing your roof isn't the only option. If your roof has a suitable substrate we can apply a new surface coating over it. Even old rusted metal roofs can be restored with a bright new watertight finish at half the cost of a new roof.

Roofing Inspections

This service provides a baseline examination of an existing facilities roof condition. We perform inspections as an intergral part of our Preventative Maintenance Program. We also offer inspections for customers buying, selling or leasing buildings.
